No Casino Gettysburg has reached an all-time low, trying to link the chapel's distruction to "testimony" at the Gaming Control Board hearing.

I wonder if by making such claims the police could charge them with interfering with the investigation by providing false information? BTW the same accusations were made on Topix in at last two threads and under the name of Susan Paddock. |

It just hit me. It's like a bad Hollywood movie story line. She turning this whole thing into Roadhouse. She's laid it all out. All we need is The Rock to come rolling into town and drive out all the Pro hooligans and ruffians to make the town safe again for the good people of NCG.

I will tell you this right now, and this is the truth.
The authorities have interviewed the 3 white teens that they were looking for and I happen to know who one of them is. If it turns out that they did indeed have something to do with the fire, it is 100% not linked to any Casino stance, testimony, or anything else related to the casino.

Since the fire, I think everyone had their suspicions, but few voiced their opinion as we all knew that it was an "incendiary" topic (excuse the pun). This whole chapel controversy turned into much more than it EVER should have, because someone felt the need to turn this into a national issue. (Sound familiar?) Now we know that the suspicions are indeed true. At the time of your post they weren't. I don't think any of us felt that this was the result of the casino issue, beyond any misguided person(s), idiot(s), that acted alone. Post this on Topix and I believe your children will be accused of being arsonists, your parenting skills will be called into question, and that's just for starters.  |

The only reason I put it out there was because of the original post in this thread. I saw Susan blame the fire on the anti-casino stance and testimony of the Christian Commission over at Topix and couldn't believe what I read and then the same was done on their FB page. Believe me or not, but I just wanted people to know, and this goes for the NCG lurkers on this site, that the police have identified the 3 white teens and have questioned them. They may or may not turn out to be involved in the blaze, but I can guarantee you that if it is determined that they had something to do with it, motive will have nothing to do with the casino. As for posting it on Topix and the sure shit storm that would follow from idiots that inhabit that place, meh. That's really all I can muster. I won't post it there, and I could care less what their comments would be because 1. no one would know my identity there and 2. it's the internet. |

It is my hope that, especially if these young people are involved, that rather than being an actual arson, or intentionally set fire with the intent to do damage , that it turns out that perhaps they were using the shelter to “experiment” or maybe keep warm and the fire got out of hand.
Any fire, accidental or intentional that destroys property and displaces people such as this one is a great tragedy. And the fact that this one affected not only the chapel, but a business with employees now out of work, and the Rescue Mission, displacing families makes it even worst.
I do hope all recover quickly and all of this can get back to normal.

I think it nearly became slander when Susan commented on Facebook about the chapel's testimony. Too bad we don't have the exact comment saved for posterity.
I wouldn't have put it past the no side to do something in order to point fingers. Guess that makes me as bad as them.
It's a shame that Mr. Wega was objective last week and has now allowed Susan to change his mind and blame it on the casino issue. That witch has a lot of loose screws.
