I just saw an announcement that Representative Mike Flick, of the 81st District (Huntington PA) is going to introduce legislation on April 17th will introduce legislation to help protect the historic integrity of Gettysburg National Military Park for future generations.
Is this another attempt at a buffer around Gettysburg?
The 81st district is made up of parts of Blair, Huntingdon and Mifflin Counties. Another state legislature with a district over two hours away, wants to control what happens here. Shouldn’t he be worried about his home district?
