If we are required to be LABELED as one of the above Political Parties, then isn't this a form of Forced Discrimination? Think about it. I was thinking about the Sheriff Election, and how Mike Redding decided to "turn" Democrat in order to force a General Election for the Sheriff in November. The Sheriff is not, nor should it be a Politically Charged Position. If the Sheriff, or Coroner, or Tax Collector needs to ask your Political Affiliation, then something's wrong with the system. Why should someone in a "Party" get to decide who will run against another Party Member? Whittling it down to the "Best" Candidate in either Party may be robbing us of a chance to have the better candidates, regardless of Party. Making us "Choose a Side" immediately divides a population by certain criteria. One Side is FORBIDDEN to Select from within the others' ranks. Sounds like Profiling to me
