I just figured out why there is more Cancer in our lives...
Years ago, all of our houses were painted with LEADED PAINTS! Somewhere in the 70s the Government banned the use of Leaded Paints, and even began projects to remove it. Since then, the Cancer Rates have risen.
I believe that the Lead was actually Protecting us from harmful rays!
Something to think about.

I don't know what's generally in lead based paints, but there is definitely carcinogenic material in latex and oil based paints. If lead was just added to those, then I guess it wasn't any better.

Personally, I prefer a lead-painted aluminium collander to ward off harmful radio waves

getysbg, So sorrrrrrrry, friend. What you DON'T know is the radio transmissions can easily enter your brain via the hundreds of holes in a colander! Tin Foil is fool proof! No pun intended.

Close, I'm English ( and, no, they are not the same.) I've got a buddy who says the same thing as you. "Please do not refer to me as British, I am English". It's a lot more colorful than that when he says it, though, and the discussion usually floats into Robertson Jams and other things considered politically incorrect in this country.
