Looking for a supplier for both Propane and Heating Oil. Who gives the best deals in the area? Is it better to RENT a Propane Tank, or buy one outright? Do any of the Companies offer a Discount for a "Package Deal" if you get both Fuels from them? I have the Oil Furnace at the house, but need to begin Propane Service at the shop. We've been satisfied with the Kuhn Bros/McDannell Oil, but if there is a better deal for "bundling" then that's an option. Let me know SOON! It may get colder before it gets warmer

It may get colder before it gets warmer Husband suggested you call McGlaughlin's in Waynesboro, they sell both propane and fuel oil. mclheat.com/ Not sure if they offer bundling. We have been looking at gas and propane prices lately too for our son in his new home. For right now we are also going with Kuhn Bros. for fuel oil. My husband said you can buy a 100 gal. propane tank for around $650. Then you can shop around and buy propane from whomever gives the best price at the time. Guess it would depend on how much propane you use and how long you plan on using the service to see if it's worthwhile to recoup the cost. Buying a tank for our purposes probably wouldn't be as good of an investment since it is only for cooking and hot water. I see a lot of Mason's Propane (in East Berlin I believe) tanks around so they may be worth checking into as well.
