After so many years of waiting to receive the "Lincoln Statue" from the artist out west... it finally arrived Late Last Year. It was Installed at the Corner of the Steps at the Library. Then, about a day or three later - It was Removed for Fear of it Being Toppled in the Wind.
Soooo... NOW WHERE THE HELL IS IT???

Toppled in the wind? Don't they secure it to the ground?

I've been wondering the same thing. What happened to the statue??? Surely they could have come up with a solution to the wind blowing it over by now. And then again, we are talking about Gettysburg Borough........

Hey.....Do any of you "Boobs" go in town ? The statue was placed permanently in front of the library a week ago. Obviously none of you read the paper either since the article was in the paper the day after it permanently placed there...

Willie, actually I have not been in Gettysburg much lately and I don't get the newspaper everyday. Now my question is why did it take so long to put back into place?
