As many of you know, the Gettysburg Fireman's Carnival was canceled this year due to the record June rainfall Adams County received. Please consider dining at Tommy's on Tuesday August 4th to help us raise money for the Fire Department.

Carol Rebert Will the 30% also include take out orders? And assuming no voucher is needed? This is a great idea!

Gene Golden When is a good time for BoroVENTers to show our support, and possibly "meet" one another (NOT an Offiicial "Waste-Table-Space Meet") - just a "fill-in-the-seats" time?
And don't say "never", or "the next day" grin emoticon
Wade Leedy, seriously though, is there usually a "down time" where we could "plan" to slip in - say, between 2pm-4pm?
Or is there a better/slower time?

Gene Golden Wade Leedy?
Seriously... when would be a good "down" time?
Have you also considered having a "Donation Jar" available for people who may want to donate a bit more?

Ray Eiker You're awesome Wade! Nice of you to think about that. I know it will be very much appreciated. I'm not an official either but THANK YOU from all of us.

Wade Leedy Gene, I would say between 2 and 4:30/5:00. I imagine it's going to be a pretty hectic day. And yes, there will be donation jars.

William Mellors I'm in for around 4:00?

Gene Golden I'll probably show up earlier, like 3:00, and I encourage any other Members to join me/us.
That way many of us will be done in time for their 4:30 / 5:00 Dinner crowd.
I'll still be hanging around after 4:00 Bill, so you don't have to eat alone... again
