You made it THIS far... here are some BoroVENT Forum hints:

You're here, that means, so far, you've figured out how to open the "Gettysburg Forum".
Now, click on any Topic you feel like reading about.

If you want to Reply to a comment, just go to the Top Right once again, and click on "Reply", as shown below.



The text field will appear at the bottom, which is the "Quick Reply".
That will allow you to just type, and enter.
IF you want to add images, or links, or other stuff, like italicizing or bold or color, then you would hit the "Reply" at the top right of that box.

When you're ready to Create Threads, you'll see this option in each section.
You MUST be in a Forum in order to see this option to "Create Thread".
Once you click on that, it's pretty self-explanatory.

AFTER you've typed your opus, don't forget to hit the bottom right button: "Create Thread", or it won't post.

You will see a small "bar" just below our nameplate header...


Clicking on "Home" will always take you to the starting screen, where all of the Forums will then be listed.
Within each Forum, lie the Topics you'll want to read.
You'll also notice the bottom line with "arrows" pointing to the right >like this> ...
and if you click on the words between any of those arrows, they take you directly to that section, like:
Borovent.com > Main Forum > Gettysburg Forum > [topic title] > Reply >
That is just an easy way to navigate around.

Just to the right of "Home" you'll see "New Topics".
New Topics is where I ALWAYS enter BoroVENT.com.
When you click on New Topics, it will open a page with ALL of the items posted since your last visit!

To save this as your "Default entry point", all you need to do is grab the tiny icon in your Address Bar (the one that says boroughvent.proboards.com/threads/recent ) and then...
DRAG that onto your Bookmark Bar - in the example below, mine says [icon]B-VENT [icon]B-VentFB  [icon]Gene-FB, etc.
That way, the next time, and every time you click on your icon for BoroVENT, it will bring you to the Recently Updated / New Topics page.

One more thing:
EVERYONE is able to read this forum - not just "members".

If you want to post though, you'll need to join.
As of this moment, there is no need for administrative approval to join... but that can always change.
Usually I need to enforce that when we get a lot of trolls, and Korean ladyboys.
