I agree with you FormerT and Liversaver. Thanks but your questions prompted me to ask questions. It's curious to me that some of the most prolific posters on Topix haven't joined this site in order to educate us with their wisdom or to attack us with their quick judgments. They don't seem to mind taking hits from Pros on that site but they won't come to the BV lair. We can't hurt them. But they just send Sal - one warrior - to do battle. Sometimes I wonder if he really believes what he's saying or if the lies are so deeply embedded in his mind that he doesn't know truth from fiction any longer. But they do come here to read what we say. Haven't you noticed that at least one often quotes PART of things said here, but never the complete post, or thread, just enough to "make" their point, and talk about all the bad information we put out here, and explaining that this site only allows pro comments to be posed here. |

I think part of the reason is because the 2-3 that do post there post under muliple names and I bet if we had a way to find out it would be

They won't come here and post because it would be easy for the mod to see how many accounts each one of them have and exactly who they are. See a few of the people can post what they want on tpoix and then tell their sheeple to take the high road like they aren't the ones on other sites throwing around all of the back handed insults.

I come and go as I please, without reporting to anyone but me. As I said before, I'm just doing this in small doses now because I've got other things going on besides here. If disagreeing with opinions here amount to lies in some peoples eyes, thats their problem, but I'm comfortable with what I think and my own opinion without having to parrot someone elses. I've always been upfront that I came here on my own, nobody sent me, and I'll hang around until I don't, or get kicked off if i really piss someone off. I don't condone everything everyone does at NCG because I don't keep track of it all, and people do a lot of things on their own. Some people choose to do things differently than I would sometimes, but thats the nature of something like this. I'm at some meetings but not others, and there are people against the casino that do things without passing them through anybody, they just do them. Just like some of those supporting the casino do their own thing without checking with Jeff, Nick or Tommy. I'd say there are people who comment on the Topix section who are against the casino, but not NCG. Just like Ron is for it but he says he's not a member of PCAC, least he's said it some time ago. As for why they don't come over here to mix it up? Don't know. Have to ask them. |

No Sal, lies amount to lies and hypocrisy is hypocrisy regardless. If I have to be quoted the population number for Adams County again by some NCG nit wit in relation to the survey size for the Madonna poll or the local petition signatures I'm going to lose it. Big time.
Tell me Sal, since this question has never been answered, why didn't NCG have their own poll done? The CWPT did one last time. You can't tell me that after throwing 5 figures at this issue they didn't have the resources to have their own study done. I think it's because they didn't need to do a study to tell them what they already know. That is that this project is supported overwhelmingly by locals.
The NCG strategy from day one has been to try and drown out the overwhelming local support by bringing a bunch of people into the debate, hollywood actors and people from foreign countries and distant states, who don't deserve a say. The whole NCG strategy revolves around the FACT that they are a minority position in their own community

They have their attack dog(s) focused on me on Topix. Hood is the "new" one although Hood is probably one of the usual using a different name.
What they say doesn't hurt me and they don't seem to have a sense of humor. If I don't see humor in life there's no point in living. I have my bad moments; unfortunately most of you have seen them.
They say that I'm not worthy of watching but they read what I write. Too bad I'm not paid by the work; I could use the money. I have bronchitis and I feel like last weeks bath water. Hood, if you're reading this I hope it makes your day.
Must begin work shortly so I don't want to be accused of diddling my employer's money away. Have a good day all.
