Very nice split foyer home on Lake Heritage, across street from the water. I have dropped the asking price, thru ReMax of Gettysburg, to ....drum roll...taptaptaptaptaptap...$169,900! On the market for about a year, I expect a quick sale at this unbelievably low price. 3BR, 1 B, garage, Large Dining area, large kitchen, wooded backyard, deck covering entire rear of home, fish pond w/ fish, Large Family Room on lower level. Fireplace, laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Take a vitual tour on line at ReMax of Gettysburg. 127 Heritage Drive, Gettysburg.

Amen, Blonde! But, that's the Lake Heritage BOD way of attempting to keep out the riff-raff. We do have several attractive ammenities including the lake, community center, several free use recreation/pavillion areas, great fishing, swimming pool, boating, gated community with our own security force, annual community-wide celebrations including Labor Day Regatta sports contests and picnic incl fireworks, etc. For me, the only big kickinthepants are the continuing rising property/school taxes which are a major cause of my selling the home.

I already looked at it. I wish that I could buy it just for the fishpond in the back yard. I want one but can't dig that much. It's a beautiful home BPH and I hope you sell it soon. I'll be sorry when you move but I don't blame you for wanting to move on.

I lived there for a few years growing up and I also bought my first house in the Lake. I lived there for 5 years and couldn't wait to get out. The only way I would ever consider moving back to Lake Heritage would be if I was living on lake front property. All of the other bullshit involved out there isn't worth it. There was enough riff raff five years ago, and I'm sure there still is, let's not get carried away.

I've heard here in Mt Joy Twps. that there is a new push to succeed from the Tpws. and become its own little chunk of Adams Co. I don't blame them one bit since they don't get anything from the twps. in services.

I'm so proud of them. And they hurt.....a lot.

Show your new Whats? You didn't get a set of new front bumpers, did you? I thought the originals were just fine! Hope not fibreglas. That stuff scratches! Sorry, strict regs on skirt colors. White seems to be predominant. Will not have pond-was nixed. Will have shrubs and flowers, tho. Oh, the bathrooms can use a little tlc, too...any offers?

A big Taurus the bull (my zodiac sign) on my back. A huge Celtic cross on my right calf and a Celtic ring around the shamrock on my left ankle. Birthing a child does not hurt as much as 2 3+ hour tattoo sessions and then 2 hours for the ring. Tattoos require commitment. White paint - I can handle that. Less mess on me. Too bad about the pond. I'd like a small pond at my house but digging is not in the cards for me. Shrubs and flowers are a necessity. And what do the bathrooms need? When my baby bro moved into his apartment I spent 5 yes 5 hours scrubbing his shower.

Deal is done. Iris and I have moved in and are setting up housekeeping. Problem is I can't get her off the couch! What a pussy! No help at all. Well, only 34 trash bags out for the garbage guys last week. Can't wait to see the bill. Worst part is I hate to move furniture, so...where it lands it stays! Awaiting fresh carpetr then will complete move-in process. Most boxes unpacked and put away. A few in mini storage but that's a relief too. The neighbor kids brought me a Welcome to the neighborhood card the other day. Too cute. I will be sure the Easter Bunny visits them.
