Did anyone else see the PCN interview with the chairman of PCGB?
He implied that the decision will be made at the January 6th meeting. When as Mr. Larry Kaspar about it he said "we just aren't there yet."
Mr. Kaspar ask appeared to keep asking him about the "Gettysburg" casino, and the controversy over this location. Mr. Fajt explained that is only one of the things they look at and not the only thing nor the most important thing that they look at.
I would not say from his interview that Mason Dixon is a sure thing, but I did get the impression that we are still in the running and at this point in time there is nobody with a definite lead.
He did a lot of talk about how the casinos have been helping the state, and contributing to individuals.
I hope some of our opponents or fence sitters looked at it. Not that we have any influence anymore, but it was interesting.
I think it was kind of cute that Mr. Larry Kaspar keep asking about the casino in Gettysburg. After a bit Mr. Gregory Fajt said something to the effect "it will not be on the Battlefield."

if you go to their page, www.pcntv.com/schedule_daily.php and check the schedule it is to run again today at 9 AM, and will probably run a few more times through the week. I found it very informative about the gaming industry in PA, and just what is going on. Mr. Fajt was very good at not giving any implication as to who, if anyone is a favorite in this selection, but I saw it as a good sign for Mason Dixon. He did say a few things that depending on how you feel about this issue sounded favorable for Mason Dixon. But of course that is what I wanted to hear.

Just a question if I may. Mr. Fajt mentioned in his interview that one of the items they will discuss at the December meeting is withdrawing the license for, I think, the Valley Forge facility since they have made no progress since receiving the license.
I wonder if they take this action in December, could they possibly say, that since they now have two Category 3 licenses available and four viable applicants, that they would just reissue the Valley Forge license to one of these four applicants.
After all, the application process has taken almost a year with everything, and chances are pretty good that the three who are not awarded this time, would probably apply again, and what are the chances of a new applicant showing up for another round?
After all they have had one license out there for how many years, and no money coming in from it.
Just a question.
