So let's see if i get this right if some looser pisses you off and you call him a fucking looser in front of the cops it's OK and the cops can't write you a ticket for it ,of course the Boro will be different because they love to be be sued .

Funny how I'm just one step ahead of the curve! First I allow a word to be used on BoroVENT, and then the whole nation gets to use it. Oh now he will be even more impossible to live with poor Deb.
